The menu of Oliva Nera is composed by seasonal products; the restaurant changes often the menu to reconsider the venetian tradition: from the tasty “Spaghetti alla Busara” (spaghetti in tomato sauce anbd prawns), “Risotto with zucchini and Prawns” and the “Sarde in Saor” (Sardines cooked with onions, pine nuts and raisins).

Due to the notoriety of the restaurant, reservations are required. It opens, only in the evening, from Thursday to Tuesday. From Hotel Bucintoro, crossing three bridges in direction of Saint Mark’s square, turn right at Calle della pietà, between Pietà Church and Hotel Metropole. A few minutes walking from there, you will exit in Salizzada dei Greci and you will find Oliva Nera.
