Constellations

The space inside the Scoletta di San Zaccaria hosts the works of Mimoza Ajazi, Adriana Baccin, Antonella Bordin, Gianpaolo Callegaro, Ornella Castagna, Silvia Cusumano, Corrado de Ceglia, Francesco Donato, Annamaria Dri, Davide Favaro, Giusi Farina, Renzo Ferrarini, Maria Galati, Silvio Geat, Stefano Jacobi, Marina Jovon, Claudia Marson, Marina Mazzega and Fanny Zava evoking contrasting impressions and emotions through different artistic languages. The reference of the title to the constellations invites the visitors to project themselves into space outside their daily lives, towards the infinite celestial sphere which forces them to admit the existence of something else other than just planet Earth. In parallel with man's constant quest to know the universe, both to resize it by finding coordinates, and to place himself within it, the artist's work becomes an instrument of escape and deep observation in the firmament of passions and torments of every existence.
